I can not believe it has been 20 years! It seems like it has only been about 10 !!! Where has the time gone? Yes, you read correctly, I have 5 wonderful children! Christian-15, Olivia-13, Evan-11, Bayleigh-9 and Cameron[boy]-7. They are truly the apple of my eye!!! They are wonderful kids and I am so blessed to be their mom! I have lived in Martinsville VA since 2004. My husband's job brought us here to this very small town 1 hour north of Greensboro NC. I went back to school attending DePaul University for a B.A with a focus in photography and for the last 13 years I have worked for R. H. After college I played in multiple indie punk rock bands and lived in ATLANTA, GA, PORTLAND, OR, and New York City. I've been living in New York City for the last 9 years and just recently bought a house (finally) right outside of NYC in Rutherford, NJ. I got married in 2001 to Joel Schumacher and we had a gorgeous daughter named Nico Rainier in 2005. We've played in rock bands together and hope to start a band w/ our little girl playing drums.....some day. She already ROCKS on her kiddie drum set. I've been working in the music business for the last 12 years or so. Currently I am at Warner Bros. Music Group at a division called RYKO. Exciting and frightening how fast life has moved. Looking forward to the journey back to S.C. to see everyone. Graduated Clemson (Go Tigers!) and moved to N.Y.C in '93....worked like crazy on the 'street'. It took 11 years to finally wake up and realize that life shouldn't have to go that fast (especially for this kid from Surfside) and moved to A.Z. for quality of life stuff and to get outdoors. I finished up in McLean HS, my old school, in Virginia. After that, I attended Marymount University and graduated with degrees in Communication and Psychology. I got married and then divorced during that time. While working as a residential counselor, I attended George Washington University and pursued my Masters degree in Vocational Rehabilitation. I then worked in private, non-profit organizations for a couple of years and eventually found my place with the MD State Dept of Education as a counselor, working in cooperation with Montgomery County Public Schools for several years.
